Return Policy
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the shipment date as long as the items are in new condition with the original packaging intact.
If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at support@mochithings.com or contact us via live chat to let us know what you want to return. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost in shipping your items back to us. Once we receive your item(s), we will process the refund for your items immediately and you will receive your refund within 2-3 business days.
Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order.
For Wholesale Orders
This is only applicable for wholesale orders: Please note that for any return on a wholesale order we will assess a 15% restocking fee from the order total.
All other orders will not have any restocking fee — this only applies to wholesale orders.
