Return Policy

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the shipment date as long as the items are in new condition with the original packaging intact!

If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at support@mochithings.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address.

Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label. Please also try to use USPS First Class when returning as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs around $2-5 for anything under 13oz. Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your return. Our team will then review your return package and we generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order. We’ll send you another e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.

If we receive a return after 30 days of the shipment date we can only process a store credit refund back to your account. We also cannot accept returns after 45 days as our system will automatically refuse the package and USPS will return the package back to the original sender.

Replacements

Did you receive a defective or damaged product? We are super sorry about that!! Please read our Replacement Policy and we’ll get you all taken care of!


Wholesale/Bulk Order Returns

Please note that this policy ONLY applies to wholesale/bulk order purchases. This will not apply to you unless your order is classified as a wholesale/bulk order! Wholesale/Bulk Orders returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee which is deducted from the refund amount. Please note that wholesale/bulk order returns are only accepted within 30 days of our ship out date. Please do contact your account manager when requesting a wholesale/bulk order return and please do ask us if you have any questions or concerns too! Please note that we cannot cover your return freight charges for wholesale/bulk order purchases.
