Important Shipping Information
All orders require a 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. We will then ship with USPS from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, USA and you will receive your items in 2-3 business days after the order processing time. However, if some items are not in stock, we will ship what we have first and send e-mail you immediately to keep you up to date while we back order your items from our suppliers. If your items are back ordered, please allow at most 7 additional days for delivery. Any extra shipments are also free of charge!
We only charge a flat rate for shipping ($4.95) and orders $75 or more are eligible for free shipping for customers only in the United States! Free shipping promotion is currently not available for international orders.
Ship to Hawaii & Alaska?
Yes! We use USPS and it usually takes 2-4 business days to get there! There is no extra cost shipping to either Hawaii or Alaska.
Ship to US Outlying Territories?
Yes! If your shipping address is in the following area:
- American Samoa (AS)
- Federated States of Micronesia (FM)
- Guam (GU)
- Marshall Islands (MH)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- Palau (PW)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM)
- United States Virgin Islands (VI)
You are also eligible for our United States domestic shipping flat rate cost ($4.95) and if you order $75 or more you are eligible for free shipping too!
To enter in your shipping address for US Outlying Territories please select United States in the Ship To dropdown box and continue with checkout. When you see the shipping form please select the US Outlying Territory in the State dropdown box. The abbreviation for each territory is provided above. Please also ensure that you have entered the correct ZIP code too!
If you had accidentally selected your country in the Ship To dropdown box though and paid for the full international shipping rate — we will catch it, notify you and refund you the difference too!
Rush Orders/Express Shipping: Need an order by a certain date?
If you require your order to arrive at a certain date: please please please let us know when you need an order by via e-mail or Live Chat. We will then bring our team together to determine if we can get everything to you by your deadline. We do also offer USPS Express (next day) delivery service for $24.95 flat rate but you must specifically ask us first so we can send you information on how to activate Express shipping for your order. Sometimes though this is not necessary due to our standard shipping taking 2-3 business days but please do let us know so that we can triple check if we can deliver your order by your deadline.
US Military (APO / FPO / DPO) Addresses
We fully support shipping to APO / FPO /DPO addresses! We ship all packages to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail and we will also cover the difference in the shipping cost for Priority Mail service — you will only need to pay the $4.95 flat rate!
International Orders
We fully support international shipping! When you are ready to checkout, simply select your country from the Ship To drop down menu and proceed to checkout to place your order. If you can’t find your country in the alphabetical list — it’s probably on the very top! If you still can’t find it please let us know!
Customs & Value Added Tax (VAT)
In some rare cases, your country’s custom office may hold your package for an additional day or two to do a random inspection. Please also be aware that your country may charge you an import duty (VAT) on your purchases and you will be responsible to pay the amount to have the package released. If you are unsure about your country’s VAT rate, please ask us and we can let you know so you won’t be surprised!
Brazil
We are currently not fully shipping to Brazil due to issues with Brazilian customs returning almost all of our shipments in early 2012. But we are slowly opening shipping services back up to Brazil as several of our persistent Brazilian customers are indeed receiving their packages now. If you are persistent and really want to order something from us and have it ship to Brazil please reach out to us via e-mail or Live Chat! We can certainly set up something with you and ship off to Brazil!
Mexico
We upgrade all USPS Priority shipments to USPS Express (we will cover the cost difference) so they deliver directly to your shipping address!
Cheaper International Shipping Service?
Yes! We are currently trying out USPS First Class International service with selected customers worldwide! If you are interested in substantially reduced shipping cost service please reach out to us via e-mail with a list of items you want to purchase (with style and quantity information) and let us know that you are interested in USPS First Class International! Please also give us your shipping address so we can calculate the exact shipping cost for you! This service reduces shipping costs all the way down to $4-$15. The downside is that it may take 1-5 weeks to deliver to you so please expect a long wait if you decide to use this service!
