Payment

We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments. We also accept PayPal too! We do not accept checks, cash orders, or any other type of payment.

In order to assist you in your payment process, we currently provide you with two checkout options in your Shopping Cart.

Standard Checkout

The standard checkout option will ask you to provide your shipping address, your billing information, and your credit card details. Once you push Submit, we will securely transfer your payment details to our credit card processor. Our credit card processing is currently handled by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the standard checkout option.

Express Checkout via PayPal

When you click on the express checkout option, we will redirect you to a PayPal checkout page where you will prompted to sign into your PayPal account or sign up for one. Once you signed in to your PayPal account, you will see details for the MochiThings.com order. Please follow instructions from PayPal and it will guide you through their secured checkout process. After you have clicked on Pay on PayPal, you will be redirected back to MochiThings.com to view your order receipt.

Data Security

We do not store any of your credit card information in our database. All credit card information is securely transferred to our payment processor (PayPal) at the time you place your order.

We follow all guidelines by the PCI Security Standards Council and we are fully PCI compliant in handling sensitive information.

Exchanges

We accept item exchange requests within 30 days of the shipment date and as long as the item is still in new condition with its original packaging.

If you want to process an exchange please e-mail us at support@mochithings.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product(s) you are shipping back to us
  • Product(s) (with the style/color information, if applicable) you want to exchange for.

We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged for. However, if a refund is due we will let you know the refund amount too!

Also, our exchange shipment to you will be completely free of shipping cost for US orders. When sending products back to us please use USPS First Class service as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs $2-5 for anything under 13oz to ship back to us.

Once we receive your return package we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your return package. As soon as our team reviews the package we will ship out your exchange shipment and send you an e-mail.

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the shipment date as long as the items are in new condition with the original packaging intact!

If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at support@mochithings.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address. If you can also include your Order Number in your return shipment that would be awesome too!

Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label. Please also try to use USPS First Class when returning as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs around $2-5 for anything under 13oz. Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your return. Our team will then review your return package and we generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order. We’ll send you another e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.

If we receive a return after 30 days of the shipment date we can only process a store credit refund back to your account. We also cannot accept returns after 45 days as our system will automatically refuse the package and USPS will return the package back to the original sender.

Replacements

We replace all items that are damaged or defective on arrival within 30 days of our shipment date!

Product defects are very rare but it does happen! We are very good at taking out defective items from our inventory but a few do slip through and gets sent out. We do everything we can to replace the defective item for you and there are absolutely no costs involved.

On arrival of our shipments please make sure that all items we sent are in proper and usable condition.

If there are any product defects please send in a replacement request to support@mochithings.com immediately. If applicable, please also include photos of the defect so that we can evaluate the defect. Once we have evaluated the defect we will set up a new shipment for you to replace the item completely free of cost.

If we need the defective item returned back to us we will also send you a prepaid return label within the new shipment where you can easily ship it back to us at our expense.

Privacy

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Registration

Registration on our website is optional. However, you may choose to register with us to conveniently access your order history and access to your mochicredits (our store credit system.) In order to use these features you must first complete the registration form. During registration you are required to give a valid e-mail address. This information is used only to access your account. We will not contact you about specials, new products, or services unless we have your explicit consent. At your option, you may also sign up for our newsletter, but is not required.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Cookies

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive to help us improve your access to our website. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
