Yes! If you purchase $75 or more things the shopping cart will automatically apply free standard shipping to your order!

At this time, we can't offer free international shipping. But please be sure to subscribe to our newsletters and social media to get news on product discounts to offset the international shipping costs!

How are the orders shipped?


All domestic orders are prepared, packaged, inspected, and shipped out from our Seattle, WA, USA warehouse. We use domestic transportation services provided by USPS and FedEx to make deliveries across the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska and outside terrorities.

Full tracking information is available and we will send you an e-mail with a tracking URL for visibility of your package from the carrier.

All international orders are currently prepared, packaged, inspected, and shipped out from our Seattle, WA, USA warehouse. We use international transportation services provided by USPS and FedEx to deliver across the world.

All international shipments will include a commercial invoice with its full values and proper tariff codes declared for proper customs handling. Please allow a few additional days for your country's customs to properly inspect your package.

Once your package passes the customs inspection process, your package will then be transferred to your country's local post office to perform the final delivery.

When do I get my cute things?!


We are currently averaging 4 business days from the time you place your order to a delivery at your shipping address in the US.

Due to the upcoming holidays: we are currently experiencing significantly more orders than usual. Please allow an average of 5-7 business days from the time you place your order to a delivery at your shipping address. TeamMochi is currently working endlessly to process the entire order queue.

If you need express shipping for your order to meet a certain deadline, please do not hesitate to contact us!


Our general US shipping timeline is 2-7 business days. The closer you are to our Seattle warehouse, the sooner you will receive your things.

Within the shipping timeline accounts for our preparation and packaging times.

However, although we have most things in stock, we may need to ocassionally wait for stock transfers from our Seoul, South Korea warehouse. This may add an additional 1-2 business days to our general shipping timeline.

If you need your things by a certain date please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can coordinate the scheduling of your package. We will also offer FedEx services as guaranteed date services are available with FedEx shipping options.

How can I track my order?

What happens if my package is missing or stolen?


Don't worry! It may simply be misplaced by the delivery driver or misscanned by the driver and arriving later than originally stated. Please let us know right away so that we can begin to prepare a free reshipment for you immediately.

While you are waiting, please:

  1. Check around your mailbox, porch, any hidden areas and see if the delivery driver placed it there.
  2. Check with your neighbors and see if they have received your package.
  3. Drop a note in your mailbox with your tracking number so that your daily USPS driver can look into it too.

As soon as we ship your reshipment we'll send you another tracking URL!

Your original package may actually come in one day due to carrier errors and if that is the case please do let us know and we can provide you a free return label to ship it back to us.

Don't worry! Your package is most likely at your local office. Please make sure to call your local post office and provide the tracking number to begin an investigation first.

Then contact us and we'll immediately start a formal inquiry with USPS to locate your package.

This process generally takes up to 30 days and usually during this process your local post office will perform the delivery. If this is the case, please do let us know so that we can close the formal inquiry.

If after 30 days and the investigations are still not complete, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method. We will however still continue with the investigations to try to ultimately get the things you ordered delivered to you.

What happens if my things came damaged?


Don't worry! Please reach out to us right away with a photo of the damaged item(s). We'll begin to process a free reshipment for those things for you!
